We bought Gary’s mothers farm in 2002 and with hard work have turned our dreams of self sufficiency into reality.
We fenced our property with an 8′ high game fence to prevent deer and elk from entering on the property and eating our shrubs, fruit trees and gardens as well as as a safeguard for children on the property.
We have farm gate sales for our garden produce and canning which we process in our licensed community kitchen, along with pork that we sell from the few pigs raise each year.
We have a Licensed Meat Processing Facility on our property for domestic meat and wild game. We process our pigs in this facility. We are able to customize our product to suit the needs of our customers.
We have added Turkey and chickens to our farm over the last couple years. We will sell the Turkeys as we do pork, processed through our Licensed Meat Facility. We sell eggs off the farm.
We built a year round, fully serviced RV Park on a portion of our property in 2011. Since then we have sold some lots and we overnight some of the lots.
“The Colombian” is located on our private property which is on a portion of island located in the Columbia River Wetlands. It is a private and peaceful place to spend time away if you want to be close to civilization for security, but totally off grid.
On our farm we also create a variety of wooden Xmas ornaments. These unique pieces are available very very durable and last for years. They are available in many different themes.
Gary has just recently found and staked a claim from which we harvest a unique type of landscape rock. This rock comes in many many sizes and shapes.
In our spare time; we hunt, fish and visit with our children and grandchildren. The grandchildren spend many days and weeks at our farm, they just love it. They are free to run and play and be completely safe within the 9.67 acre fenced in farm.
